Group Fitness Spotlight: Body Conditioning

When: Monday & Wednesday, 6 am

Where: Gymnasium

Instructor: Cal Moore

      Something is different in the gymnasium at 6 am on Mondays and Wednesdays.  The instructor, Cal Moore, is the same, the Body Conditioning format that replaced Step is still on the menu, but the participants?  There are more now than ever, and various ages and fitness levels are represented.  That is a point Cal wants to make: “Body Conditioning is available for ALL levels of fitness. You can learn to grow with the class at your own pace.”                                                 

     No member should feel intimidated to join this early morning crowd.  As in all our classes, first timers are welcomed and encouraged to work as their own pace and intensity level.   All exercises can be performed with or without weights and can be modified to meet the needs of any ability level.  Cal is a seasoned, personable instructor and wants to see his classes grow and succeed.

     

     Body Conditioning offers a total body circuit style strength workout, meaning that you will change quickly between exercises for some cardio benefit as well.  Since it is an early morning workout, you can get your workout out of the way and be more alert and focused at work.              

     The class originally changed from Step to Body Conditioning based on member feedback, as well as the recent time change from 6:15 am to 6 am.  Cal would like to thank the consistent members by telling them, “Thank you to all of my Step class for sticking with me and moving on to Body Conditioning.” Cal and Matthew welcome any other suggestions that will help us create a class format to help you achieve your goals, so let us know your thoughts/

     

     The class may be increasing, but there will always be room for YOU!  We hope that you will consider joining Cal’s Body Conditioning at 6 am on any Monday or Wednesday morning that you would like.
