The YMCA operates under the leadership of a volunteer board of directors representing diverse professions and segments of the community. The board’s primary responsibility is policy making. Members offer fundraising assistance, facility management guidance, financial oversight and marketing expertise. A professional staff, supported by numerous part-time staff and volunteers, provides the day-to-day leadership for our association. That core professional staff brings more than 100 years of YMCA experience to our association.
